Since the year 2002 (at that time still at the location Sande) the ASK Kloska GmbH belongs to the Kloska Group. In 2005 the branch office in Leer was opened, in 2006 the business premises in Emden. With the acquisition of the premises in the Flutstraße in Wilhelmshaven in 2006 and the subsequent construction of two large halls and a modern office building, the headquarters were moved from Sande to Wilhelmshaven. The JadeWeserPort is only a few hundred meters away. In 2015, further investments were made in the Wilhelmshaven location and a new logistics hall was built.

All branches of ASK Kloska GmbH have their own stores and are broadly based in the field of technical equipment. In Wilhelmshaven textile welding and heat protection articles are produced on site according to individual specifications.
