On 2 January 1981, Uwe Kloska and his wife Ingeborg founded the Uwe Kloska KG in Bremen as a technical trading company. In the following decades the technical supplier developed steadily and established itself on the international market. In the meantime, the three-man team has grown into a group of companies with around 800 employees.
From the beginning until today, the proximity to the customer and his individual requirements has been the focus of the company philosophy. According to the principle: There is no such thing as impossible!
In 2007, daughter Nadine Kloska joined the group of companies and today, together with her father, she manages all aspects of the company group. A smooth transition and generational change is guaranteed.
We are a family business that values its roots and at the same time thinks in a cosmopolitan and future-oriented way. Honesty, reliability, trust and respect characterise our corporate culture. Flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes determine our daily actions.
The companies of the Kloska Group are tested and certified according to German and international standards DIN EN ISO 9001, according to the environmental standard DIN EN ISO 14001, the energy management system DIN EN ISO 50001 and additionally for the food sector according to DIN EN ISO 22000.
